Student Wellbeing and Mental Health Practitioners

As members of our Student Wellbeing Teams (SWT) we have two Mental Health Practitioners across the school whose roles include providing:

  • Direct counselling support to students and other early intervention services
  • The coordination of supports for students with more complex needs
  • And contributing to whole-school approaches to health prevention and promotion.

If your child is having difficulties or concerns at school, please contact your child’s homegroup teacher or appropriate Student Management Leader first. They may make a student referral to the SWT where discussions with the student Well-Being Coordinator and Mental Health Practitioners will take place.
