Clean up Day

310

We have a passion to protect and improve our environment and our community, as articulated in our school value of ‘commitment’. To support this, we will hold a working bee next Friday 14 June from 8.30 – 9.30 am, at the Bayview Campus. The aim will be to further beautify our grounds and become litter free.

We have a tremendous responsibility to care for our school and this site, once cared for the Yalukit‐willam, the first people in this area. Volunteers will be required to have a valid Working With Children’s Check and are asked to wear appropriate clothing and bring anything that will help, ie. gloves. Please note that our students wishing to join us can do so and do not need to be accompanied by an adult but please note that this is not an incursion (or school day – Report Writing Day) and a roll will not be marked and the students will be part of the volunteer group.

Please register your interest via trybooking. If your child wishes to attend, please register using this also. We will meet in front of Reception on the day. Thank you for your support, effort and time. We will provide morning tea at the conclusion of the event. Hopefully the weather will be kind to us. Please contact Reception with any issues and hope to see you then.
