Hank was originally found in Merimbula NSW. With her curious and adventurous mind, she is always ready to put on a show. She has a huge appetite and will do anything for a feed so as you can imagine watching her complete challenges to find food is very thrilling and amusing. Despite not knowing her gender we named her Hank after the octopus in Finding Dory. Hank is a Gloomy octopus and due to global warming her species is moving further south than ever before. Recently Hank laid over 200,000 eggs and now with her best intentions to care for her young, spends most of her time and energy protecting her precious eggs. We are sad to inform you that as part of her short lifecycle after using all of her energy raising her offspring she will unfortunately pass away.
