In 2021 there will be a limited number of places available in the Select Entry Accelerated Learning (SEAL) class in Year 9. Any student wanting to apply will need to sit an Edutest exam* on Saturday 10 October. Due to the impact of Covid-19, the Edutest will be an online examination. Registrations will be open until Friday 2 October for interested applicants. Please note if your child is a current student at Williamstown High School there will be information on your Compass news feed as the application process differs for your child.
If you have already sat an Edutest examination this year, you are still required to register and pay the fee. Applicants, who sat an Edutest examination prior to Friday 26 June this year, will also need to sit this exam. Results from examinations held earlier this year cannot be transferred.
Students who sat the Edutest exam for Select Entry Schools will need to sit the exam for Williamstown High School as it is a different examination.
The application process is as follows:
- Please register and pay the $100 registration fee by Friday 2October using the following link: https://aus.edutest.com.au/D/?t=74158J48
- Registered applicants will sit the online examination on Saturday 10 October
- Candidates will be notified in late October if they have been successful in gaining an interview. An email will be sent to the email address provided during the registration process with Edutest.
- Interviews are expected to be conducted in early November and successful/unsuccessful applicants will be notified by email mid November.
A transition day for successful applicants will be held in December.
